## 2026-10-09 - Compact customer pipeline

- Replaced the seven-column pipeline with compact responsive stage lanes.
- Added owner and site filters while retaining the default seven-day stage-change period.
- Added provisional drag-and-drop stage changes with explicit confirmation, cancellation and lost-reason handling.
- Retained a Move control for keyboard and touchscreen use; only confirmed moves update history, activities and cadence processing.

## 2026-10-09 - Cadence archiving

- Added reversible Archive and Restore controls to cadence administration.
- Archived cadences are deactivated and excluded from future cadence starts while historical customer runs, tasks and versions remain unchanged.
- Added a separate archived-cadences view and audit-log entries for archive and restore actions.

## 2026-10-09 - Admin website analytics

- Added a read-only Google Analytics dashboard within Admin Tools for the B&T website GA4 property.
- Added preset and custom date filtering with automatic comparison against the preceding equivalent period.
- Added widgets for users, new users, sessions, page views, engagement rate and key events.
- Added daily traffic, acquisition-channel, landing-page and device reporting.
- Added protected 15-minute caching and a saved-data fallback when Google Analytics is temporarily unavailable.

## 2026-08-27 - V1 foundation

- Created a separate B&T Vehicle Hire CRM codebase and database schema.
- Added login foundation, branded dashboard, customers, enquiries, follow-up tasks, search and admin/server-health screens.
- Added activity, attachment and audit tables without Recovery World quote, build, estimate, PandaDoc or Shopify dependencies.
